This year, Groov-Pin introduced a monthly employee recognition program called Cheers for Peers to recognize the accomplishments of our team. Employees are able to nominate co-workers each month based on a different theme.
In February, our team was asked to nominate someone who shows immense dedication to their work here at Groov-Pin on a consistent basis. Winners were announced at the production meeting at the beginning of March.
