Speedserts are threaded inserts for softer metals and plastics. These thread-forming, self-threading inserts provide very high pull-out resistance and their locking action makes them vibration-resistant. Speedserts install in one step and the exterior lobes are designed to roll through the base material and lock the insert in place without leaving chips behind.

Our threaded inserts feature high-quality, wear-resistant internal threads. Speedserts have a symmetrical design that allows automatic feeding and installation using either end of the insert.

Available in stainless steel only and in regular, medium, or short lengths.
