Groov-Pin received Silver Certification in the 2025 Wellness Workdays Best Wellness Employer program. We are proud to be recognized again for our commitment to all aspects of employee wellness.

Our employee wellness program, GP Fit, provides our team with opportunities to make positive, long-lasting changes to their physical, mental, emotional, financial, and social health.

While we address many different types of wellness, we have increased the focus on metal, social, and community health.

We introduced new incentives as part of our employee wellness program last year. “Move for a Cause” rewards employees with HSA contributions for participating in charity fitness or other active events. We also added a community service incentive. Employees will receive HSA contributions up to twice per year for proof of community service or volunteering.

As part of our focus on community, we also introduced ways that our employees can give back as a team. We hosted a team race to benefit Crossroads Rhode Island and raised over $2,000 to supports Crossroads’ critical work for those experiencing homelessness.

Another new incentive is “GP University,” which is an online learning hub. Employees are incentivized to complete 60 minutes of learning per quarter. This allows participants to learn on their own time and choose topics that are most interesting to them.

As we look to the future of GP Fit, we are focusing on prevention. We introduced an incentive for age-related exams including colonoscopies, bone density tests, skin cancer screenings, mammograms, pap smears, and PSA screenings. We will look at how we can help our employees better utilize their benefits and share information and resources.
