OUR VALUES

Core values are important because they provide company leaders, employees, vendors, and customers with an idea of what a company is about. When we set out to redefine our company values in 2017, our goal was to align our work, company values, and personal values. We created an internal survey because we wanted our employees directly involved in the process of creating and defining our core company values.

Groov-Pin’s values serve as a daily reminder of our company’s identity and goals for our entire team. Employees use these values to inform how they interact with each other and how they approach their responsibilities each day on the manufacturing floor and in the office. These values extend through our company internally and out to our customers, suppliers, and our community.

OUR MISSION

Groov-Pin is a leading manufacturer of Grooved Pins, Threaded Inserts, and Precision Turned Components. Through responsive support and the superior properties of our engineered fasteners and components for connection and control, we improve the performance of manufacturers’ assemblies and operations. We have been serving the manufacturing industry for over 95 years.

One of our most significant promises to customers is the quality of our products. Our team understands the subtleties of working with challenging materials, tolerances, and finishes, which helps us deliver the most reliable parts.

To uphold our quality commitment, we regularly undergo the process to maintain AS9100:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certification for both of our manufacturing facilities in Smithfield, Rhode Island, and Newnan, Georgia. We also strive to meet customer-specific quality standards and metrics.
