Kathy Stahl has been working in customer service at Groov-Pin for over 35 years. “I like dealing with customers, I like the daily interaction,” she said. “One call is someone you’ve been dealing with for years and the next is someone you’ve never talked to before.”

As a customer service representative, Kathy’s responsibilities include managing orders for Grooved Pins and Threaded Inserts via email, phone, and LiveChat. She also quotes special prices, expedites orders, and takes other service-related phone calls.

One of the most difficult parts of her job is handling any issues that arise. “You have to understand where the customer is coming from,” she said. “You have to put yourself in their position because 9 times out of ten, they’re calling because someone else is putting pressure on them.”

Like many members of our team, Kathy most appreciates the people she works with. “We all interact and try to help each other,” she said. Another reason she loves working at Groov-Pin comes from how management respects and appreciates the work that employees do.
