This year, we introduced a monthly employee recognition program called Cheers for Peers to recognize the accomplishments of our team. Employees are able to nominate co-workers each month based on a different theme.
For May, our team was asked to nominate someone who they feel is a team player. Winners were announced during our monthly production meetings.
